The hotel is cute and unique. I liked the decor in the rooms. Breakfast was good, but limited protein options. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. Parking was good. It is near a lot of restaurants and the highway. The hallways and rooms smelled quite musty and damp. Once we were in the room for a while, we didn't smell the mustiness, but if we left and came back, even to go to breakfast, we smelled it again. The pool was nice and warm. There is no fitness center at this hotel.

Nothing Fancy but completely valued for rest, relax and to recoop...

The hotel was under significant renovations during my stay. Thankfully, it didn't affect my stay much other than very slow elevators. Looking forward to brighter days at this historic hotel once the renovations are complete!

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, there's a kitchen with a stove sink, refrigerator and a dishwasher I felt like I was in a studio apartment. There was also a free breakfast too and check in was easy. I definitely will stay here next time I'm in Tallahassee.
