Americas Best Value Inn McMinnville
The parking lot was being resealed and was not useable on a very good day and night. Had to park next door and enter a side door to the hotel. The heat unit was hard to regulate. The bathroom needed painting.The breakfast needed more options - yogurt at least.

The staff was amazing & so kind. The room was disappointing. Both chairs in the room were stained & dirty. The shower had mold growing above it & the room had an odor of old urine when walking in.

The staff was incredibly welcoming when we arrived and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet, even being full because of a conference being in town. We were very pleased with our stay!

The Inn At Tree City, BW Signature Collection
Room was nice, staff was very polite. Sucks the pool and hot tub were closed. Only complaint was all we had on the bed were sheets and had to ask for extra blankets when it was 10 degrees outside.
