The only thing is the beds aren’t the most comfy, too hard for me and light comes in through the side and bottom of the door from the hallway

I was really looking forward to stayng at this property however, my room had quite a few broken items and was simply not very clean. The bed had one side that was sunken and very uncomfortable. When I got into my room after just having driven 10 hours the TV did not work for the 1st 24 hours. I just wanted to relax and watch the news, not to mention I couled not watch college football the following day. The hotel's in room phones were not working the entire time so I would have to call the front desk with my personal phone of which was not a problem but when calling I would not get the front desk and instead was re-routed to several other departments and then I was told they were busy and to call back. I was never able to reach them and had to go down to the front desk few times; each time I would go down there was no other customers in line and were not busy at all even though this is what I was told by the multiple people I was re-routed to. The room itself was not at all what I expected or described on Expedia as well as their own website. The room was not very clean and I ended up using my lysol sheets to wipe everything down.

The front staff was so welcoming and kind. The room so unique

Staff was kind. We told the staff at the beginning of our 3 night stay that we had a faulty sink faucet. At checkout, they asked if it was repaired and we said no. When the staff found this out, they refunded our parking charge for the trip. I think they handled that as best they could. With that being said, do not expect prompt repair if your room has an issue. Lovely, clean place to stay that is central to a lot of downtown amenities.

Clean room beautiful building wonderful staff
