The property was well maintained. Easy to Park but I am NOT paying extra for breakfast when we pay so much already. There should be a basic breakfast like other Hotel chains. Especially when it says Breakfast when booking. Beautiful facility. But why can't the pool be opened earlier for us morning folks? 9am is a bit late especially if you need to be somewhere. Small pool but it works but definitely disappointed. But a fun time !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

Very helpful and kind staff, lovely complimentary nespresso in the room, beautiful roof lounge area. Our single king sized room was a bit small, but perfect for two people! The bathroom seemed to be newly renovated and was also a major highlight; very clean and modern.

While the hotel is aging a bit the location more than makes up for it. So walkable. So convenient. And very comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was no vending or snack machines.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is located in a great spot. Bikes are great perk. Love the rooftop terrace. Only downside is no workout room or no conference room for business travel.

First time staying here and we loved it. An apartment type hotel that has so many amenities. From gym, 3 pools, jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, game room bbq area, and the location was great. We were walking distance to Whole Foods and other great stores. We will definitely come back to this place when we visit Seattle . The reception desk staff were very helpful and very nice.
