We hung at the bar for the time of our stay and Morgan was exceptional. There was also Marie, Devon and Adriel (I knicknaned him Baby). I had one minor issue with my room it was resolved in a matter of minutes with an email to follow up. This was my second stay as I usually stay at Simpson Bay, but it sure bet will not be that last. See you all in a couple of weeks!

This is the perfect hotel to stay at in Saint Martin, amazing location, great food nearby, unbelievable service provided, the ocean view was amazing. We had an issue with our safe the day belted we flew and it was dealt with right away! Amazing service I’d only stay here!

The staff was very friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome. The view from our room was breathtaking and the beach was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. No many options an a bit pricey. But it didn't matter since the hotel is close to many dining options. Looking forward to my next trip!

The hotel is in a good location, near to the airport and has its own beach. Overall it is clean and the rooms/suites are spacious. I took the option with breakfast included, very disappointed. Who can eat the same things every single morning and with no other option to switch. Also it was very limited. There is only one restaurant in the hotel that doesn’t know how to cook or serve. Tried one time, never again. There are a lot of good eating options around so you can always find something based on your appetite. The natives are very friendly and respectful. The swimming pool of the hotel is relatively small and crowded.

Excellent location. It is walking distance to everything, such as restaurants, bars, gas station, etc. The hotel beach is clean and calm. The hotel staff is friendly. This is definitely the best place to stay.

Great food options nearby, definitely a hub of activity and close to casinos. Pool small but adequate, not sure how well it would work at the peak season. Beach also adequate. Views are stunning. Super close to the airport so if you don’t want to rent a car it’s a great place to create a base. Rooms were impressive and very well appointed. WiFi was spotty and the televisions did not have streaming capabilities (we like to gather at night as a family and play games or watch a movie). Our last night was a bit noisy (Friday night) from the bar across the street. Overall super impressed and it depends on what kind of vacation you want. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Warning though. There is a 15% service fee that does not goes to the staff. It’s another fee on top of their quite generous exchange rate that heavily favors the house. One virgin Pĩna Colada costs 8 euros, but by the time they get done with “their” exchange rate and the 15% “service fee” you are looking at $16 US per drink. Without TIP We stay on the other side of the island and do see a service fee at times but that acts as a tip for the staff. Knowing that in Advance I would get food from the awesome grocery store a couple of blocks away and get dinners out at the lolo’s right next door.

The property had laundry facilities. It is located near restaurants and convenience store. Plenty of parking. The pool and the beach is directly across from the lobby. The furnitures are new. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the living room and balcony is very nice.

The location is very central and you can walk to many restaurants. The beach was lovely and the view from our room was amazing. The food at the hotel was great and not as expensive as you would typically find in hotel. The Deli store was very covienent when you only needed snacks or drinks. The happy hour at the bar was fun and the staff at the Cabana bar were great specially Marie! As for the noise coming from the bar in front of the hotel, we did hear it but it did not bother us for sleep. Would come back to this hotel!

Fantastic 2 bedroom suites here with full kitchen including all utensils, appliances, cookware, flatware, various glassware. Everything you need for a week (or more if you’re stuck in a hurricane) of cooking with Carefour market about 5 minutes away. Conveniently located, nice kitchens, spacious

The hotel worked really well for our family, which included two young boys. We had the two bedroom suite and it was more than big enough for six people, it had two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We really liked the location as it was central to many restaurants you could easily walk to. The only downside is that the bar across the street is EXTREMELY loud. If noise is an issue for you request a room on the right side of the property when viewing from the street. Simpson Bay was perfect for kids, but the water quality seemed to be the worst of the entire island. We ended up spending extra on cabs to go to Mullet beach and others as we weren't happy with the beach. Pool stays open late and pool bar has a nice happy hour. The activities team was really engaging and they did water aerobics every morning. The highlight was the crab race!
