Room was spotless and huge, the king bed along with the pillows were very comfortable. Hotel staff remembered my name immediately after checking in which was very impressive, they also suggested great restaurants to go to in the area.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and quick to try to address issues. The penthouse was very roomy, clean and well stocked. There were a few things that needed fixing or updating, eg main tv and phone not working, fridge leaking, stove occasionally wouldn’t turn on. But overall a great choice to accommodate three families. Always chairs available by the pool and staff on beach would get a chair and umbrella.

Location is everything when traveling and the Atrium is ideally located steps from the beach, walking distance to food shopping and about 30 restaurants, close to a pier for sailing and day trip excursions, and across the street from a car rental agency if you want a car for a day or two. The staff of Dawn, Sonia, Aleyah, and Camille are wonderful and take care of anything you might need such as calling a taxi, beach towels, anything you want in your room, and suggestions for restaurants and day trips. Martin, on the beach, will set you up daily with any configuration of beach chairs and umbrellas you want and there is a newly refurbished pool on the way to the beach. For those not wanting to venture too far to eat, there are two bar/restaurants right at the beach and pool that offer happy hours, good food, and entertainment. The rooms are clean, spacious, and newly refurbished. We had an oceanfront one bedroom unit with wonderful views of Simpson Bay and the lagoon from our spacious balcony where you can relax in loungers or sit at a table and have your morning cup of coffee or dinner to watch the sunset. WE had a full kitchen and living area with flat screen TV's in the living area and large bedroom equipped with a safe. Plenty of closet and drawer space and even an ironing board and iron. The bathrooms were remodeled a couple of years ago and the maids provide towel service daily. We've been coming here for almost 30 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Staff was very nice the room was clean but could use some updating. The elevator is slow. We were comfortable in the studio but would have been nice to have a small sofa to sit on. Location is great. We will probably go back.

Lovely hotel with very spacious rooms. The beach is beautiful, and the beach staff are incredible—always quick and efficient with umbrellas and loungers; I never had to wait a minute! Check-in was fast and smooth. But I arrived around 6 PM due to heavy traffic from the airport. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making it easy to reach Philipsburg or Marigot only for $2 . The drivers are very friendly, and the local people are always ready to give helpful advice, sightseeing tips, and other recommendations. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Staff polite and helpful. The location was perfect...beach front with umbrellas and loungers. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the food and entertainment at The Buccaneer Beach Bar. Overall is was a great holiday! Thank you Atrium. We hope to visit next year!!

Our first time in St. Martin and was so happy with staying here. It was clean and didn't feel like a hotel. Everyone was helpful that we met! We were there for 5 days. Kitchen was clean and so were all the dishes that were provided for us. I had brought dishwasher pods from home but found dishwasher detergent there so we just used what was provided. It was really nice. Beach was clean and although we didn't use the pool, that whole area seemed maintained and clean as well. Definitely will be recommending this place to anyone we know traveling there and probably will stay here again if we decide to come back!!

Close to all amenities, on the beach, clean room. Older hotel, but clean. They need to work on the elevator issues, I’ve gone 2 years in a row and the elevator breakdowns are still an issue. Staff are courteous.

Clean and comfortable room. Very nice beach and Martin did a great job setting up umbrellas and chairs. We had an issue checking in in that they couldn’t find our reservation. Luckily I brought my receipt with us. We still waited about 30 minutes to check in. That was the only glitch. Overall a wonderful place for vacation.

Rooms need to be updated; our icemaker didn’t work and was told we could go down 4 floors to basement to get ice..not! Our dirty rusty coffeemaker didn’t work til I insisted on new a new one right out of the box and our tv needed to be replaced..all upon an hour of our arrival. Not my fav resort.. Staff was good.
