Our room was great for the most part. Didn’t get breakfast on 1st day even though we were there at 9:30 am. No access to the pool for 3 nights and 4 days, every day we tried it was full of kids unsupervised jumping from pool into hot tub. Hot tub was brown in color. When we told the front desk about our concerns they just said oh well sorry for the inconvenience

The hotel itself is great; the rooms are clean, the bed relatively comfortable, and there was a nice breakfast variety. My husband and I try to stay at Staybridge suites wherever we go because of this and the consistency between hotels. However, I would check the train schedule if you're staying at this location. Both nights we were staying, a train blared it's horn in the middle of the night (around 12am and 2:30am) each night. We were unable to get a restful nights sleep either night. Unfortunately, I don't think we will stay here again because of this.

Staff is always great rooms are clean but bathrooms are outdated. Otherwise a great place.
