Super nice place. Very quiet and well maintained. We loved our stay. Our balcony looked over the ocean and we had a kitchen which worked out great for us. Really a special experience.

Horrible experience....so out dated...christmas sheets on the bed...really!

Clean and spacious room, excellent staff. Super cool that they make fresh cookies every day 4-6:30pm and also have free sodas and water available downstairs 24/7. Smelling the cookies mid day was intoxicating… Free breakfast too, a valuable perk. I look forward to staying at Gosby House again. My only wish is that Gosby House replaces their “low flow” shower heads with real high pressure shower heads… they were abysmal and made it time consuming to shower, but that is my only critique. We love saving the environment, but those gotta go! Lol. Also, for what it’s worth, I never heard any neighboring rooms while staying there, it seems to be a pretty chill clientele that comes in, I really enjoyed my stay here.

i was on the first floor the first night, very noisy. can not sleep at all. then i switch to the 2nd floor the next 3 nights after i complains. the closet is not really a closet, only 3 feet tall, the first night " closet" have a rod with 2 hanger and both jacket and shirt i hanged is dropping at the bottom of the closet. following nights closet doesnt have a rod at all and that is no way to hang any clothes in there, i gave up and put all my clothes on the chair. i was thinking just to iron them, but the iron is horriable too, glad it didnt burn my clothes, the iron board didnt have any cover, it doesnt work to put your clothes on it to iron, i have to put my clothes on the bed to iron. terrible experience. The mattress is horrible, seem like sleeping on a spring box on one side, then i have to move to one side and sleep, not exact feel like matteress, overall you are on a spring box feeling. no noise the rest of the 3 nights but couldnt sleep as the bed is not even. the last but not the less, that is limited parking space, i couldnt find a parking space after return from work at night. i had to figure out the rest of the stay then manage to park at clients hotel and have their driver take me back to my hotel.
