Silver Lake Vacation Packages

this is a nice hotel at a good price! it's off the beaten path and back in the woods! it's on a two-lane road which gets some night time traffic, so if the windows are open you can't help but hear some road noise.

Comfortable hotel. Tasty breakfast . Pool looks nice and hot tub but we didn’t get a chance to use. Convenient location

Sat on bed and bed slats fell from the bed. Had wife hold up mattress so I could replace them into frame!

This was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in. Huge cobwebs with spiders in them above your head when you laid down in bed. Moldy english muffiin in breakfast area. If we didn't get there at midnight, I wouldn't have stayed there.

The first few times we stayed at Holiday Inn Express, it was great! Clean rooms and maintained. Every time we go back, it gets worse every time. The bathroom was so stinky, I had to go to the store and buy bleach spray to get the odor out. The pillows and comforter smelled like pee, and we had housekeeping in our room one time during the 4-night stay. We love the hotel, and were trying to give them grace, but we are finding a different place to stay from now on. We go to Klamath Falls at least 4 times a year, so it really makes it frustrating to find somewhere else to stay.

The apartment was specious and well equipped. The location was excellent. Our rating for the apartment is a 10\10. However, the information provided by hotels.com was lacking. There was no information about Wifi or laundry facilities.Fortunately we managed to get hold of a staff member the next day.Very friendly and helpful. We let the management of the hotel know and hopefully they have sorted it out with hotels.com by now.
