Room was dirty. Bedding was dirty. I will never stay there

Great place for the family to cool off 4th of July weekend

Last minute stay for Fourth of July with dogs. The staff were very helpful the room was cute and comfortable. Location is on a main road which is nice but we were right on the road… I’d go back for certain

Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy.

This room fulfilled our needs for the weekend spent in Pinetop. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was quiet and well located for restaurants and hiking

Booking was easy with hotels.com. the room itself was clean. And the bed was decently comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful and nice. I did have a slightly difficult time understanding him because he spoke quietly and had an accent that I just had a hard time hearing him with. The AC worked decently. The only real complaints I would have, is the ac was pretty loud and rattling. And the towels were extremely rough. I would stay here again for short term travel.
