The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The bar closes early and the hot tub didn’t work and they do not serve water with breakfast. Very odd.

Im a Green Tree Member: A funny thing happened during check in. I aarived at 2:51pm to check in - the young lady working the front dwst told us we would have to wait until 3pm to avoid being charged an extra day stay charge. Huh? Another couple was also waiting who arrived just ahead were also waiting until 3pm - The employee called the couple in front of us to check in at 2:56pm. I asked her how she was now able to check anyone in now when it was still not 3pm? Im sorry, but ive stayed there several times and never been told this. The room was ready. The hotel stay was fine.

Pinetop pleasure!

We live about 40 minutes away. Our nephew was in town to play a football game. We wanted to stay in town with everyone. We picked the right hotel. The room was nice, breakfast was great, staff very friendly. A 24 hour circle k next door. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very cute and clean hotel. Nice atmosphere and well equipped rooms. The bartender on property was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure customers were well taken care of. We'll be back.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing really special. We’ve stayed here in the past and the accommodations were very nice. I don’t know if it was because we booked through Expedia or what but our accommodations were not good at. The chair in our room was dirty, the fabric was coming off. It looked like they got it at a secondhand store.

Just a cheap place to crash

The stay was just okay. It’s definitely one of the cheaper spots around, so for the price I’d probably stay again. Pros: clean, cheap, right on the main drag, and the AC worked great. Cons: feels pretty cheap. The toilet paper rolls were tiny and they’d only give one at a time. We ran out every single day of our four-night stay and we only used the bathroom at night, we were out all day. The room itself was old with stains on the carpet and furniture, though it was at least clean. The shower dispenser only had body wash, they never filled the conditioner container. Breakfast was the worst part. Honestly, I’d just skip it and hit a drive-thru. The waffle maker was never on, bacon ran out and never got refilled while I waited 15 minutes, no orange juice, and the muffins were weirdly wet. Bottom line: good if you just need a clean, cheap place to crash, but don’t expect much else.
