The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful with the exception of whoever called us ahead of time. We were a “pay at the property” and the lady basically told us if she can’t charge our card ahead of time, we can’t stay there. Very rude lady. Thought about not staying there because of that but luckily we never had to encounter her face to face!

It was a great location to restaurants and stores. It’s an older hotel, but was clean. Bed not so comfy. Has fridge and microwave. We didnt eat breakfast but it smelled good 😊 housekeeping was ok, they didn’t replenish coffee and didn’t clean very well in the bathrooms but room was picked up nicely.

This is a inexpensive hotel. You don't pay a lot, and you get a bed to sleep in. It does have a bar in the lobby, which was unexpected and nice. The staff were indifferent. The furnishings were worn. The pool and hot tub were closed with a warning taped across the door (like a crime scene) that read "Do not enter. Risk of chemical burn.". Sure, I'm glad they let me know, but it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. The location is central to Pinetop. The parking is adequate. There are a lot of options in town and I won't choose this one again.

Rude check in staff.

Would not stay again. Check in staff was rude. After they called to verify I was staying, they said earliest I could check in was 2:00pm, but when I arrived at 2:04pm after driving for 4 hours, they told me they never said that and they wouldn’t say that.

Reception person not helpful at all. Bar was supposed to be open 5-10, but no bartender at 5:45. When I asked reception desk to call bartender she said, "no he'll be here in a few minutes ". After 15 minutes we just left.

This hotel is good for an overnight stay not long-term. Room was average with ants in the window seal crawling everywhere and it was very dirty.
