The young woman that was working at the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. Friendly and good at her job. We got to our room and there weren't any pillows on the bed. I went back to the office and this same woman apologized and got us some pillows. The room wasn't dirty but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. The bathroom fan was not working very well. Lastly, the shower water was nice and hot, but the pressure wasn't very good. For the price, I expected a better experience.

ELECTRIC WENT OUT AND PLACE WONT REFUND MY MONEY. PAID $200 MORE FOR HOT TUB AND COULDNT USE BECAUSE ELECTRIC WAS OUT ALL NIGHT. WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! OTHER THAN THAT THE STAFF AND PLACE WAS GREAT!
