Thus is an older, charming hotel. I did not realize that some people reside there. At first I was put off by this. But -- the room was very clean and neat. The staff were friendly. The parking safe and convenient. All people encountered were friendly. The hotel was quiet. Check in and check out were easy.

The house has "good bones" I loved the built in cabinets and overall style of the house. It has large rooms and still cozy. There is no handicapped accessibility. It is a Beautiful Old House, with servants quarters and hallways. The pleasant owner lives in those quarters and uses the rest of the house for the guests. Some places inside look run down, as if it's been hard to keep up on maintenance, but overall I enjoyed it. The owner was having issues with Expedia paying him and even notifying him that we had booked it. But he let us stay and we were very grateful for that!

Hotel was easy to find, clean and perfect for our 1 night stay.

Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!

Having a place to charge my car overnight was great! Our room was clean and quiet at night for sleeping. My mom and I enjoyed the free breakfast and kind staff, too.

Had a great, comfortable stay at the Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown! The location is unbeatable if you have business at the medical campus or want to explore downtown, as it's just a short drive from Canalside and Niagara Falls. The rooms were clean, modern, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was centrally located in Buffalo. A lot to do and a lot of places to go eat.

The property is wonderful! It is like staying in an art gallery. The rooms are very comfortable and I recommend ordering the breakfast from the menu.
