The design, staff, and service were wonderful! The main photo was a bit misleading because the rental isn't in a vintage brownstone building, but rather in a nearby commercial building. The room was quite small, but it had beautiful, large windows that looked out onto the courtyard, which was a lovely feature.

Good hotel near TaiNEX. There is a 7-eleven nextdoor and good food options across the street. The included breakfast buffet was decent though I would have eaten elsewhere if I had to pay extra for it.

There is always someone ready to help.

Wonderful service, lovely location

Close to the MRT station, shops and places to eat. It has a washer and dryer available.

Everything was fine except the toilet in my room was clogged.

It’s super near Taoyuan Airport Line…like 5mins walk. 10-12mins to Beiman. You could even walk to Ximen if you love walking. The room was spacious, just that we’re next to the road so it could get noisy but mostly good. I guess this is most hotels in Taipei, where they have a strictly no “free” extension policy as rooms are able to be rented out by 3hr blocks. I enjoyed my stay.
