Room was very clean,hangouts not far away.

We booked thru Expedia, the ac in our suite did not work, room was 78 entire night, when called the staff, was told they could bring us a fan. Upon checkout, realized we were charged twice for room and clerk would not give me a receipt, stated that I had to get from Expedia and also wait 5 business days for my overcharge. When asked about a rate adjustment for no ac in a king suite, I was told they could not do that. Horrible and rude staff, will not ever stay again.

Booked the room while we had to be out of our house for mold remediation after flooded crawlspace. We spent the night of 5/22 but I went into early labor the morning of 5/23. I notified the staff at the front desk while having active contractions and on the way to the hospital. I clearly requested to be reimbursed for the two nights we would no longer be staying there under the special circumstance of having a baby and no longer being able to stay. Young woman said she would have to talk to her supervisor. I left my cell number and a note. Had the baby and followed up two days later. Woman I spoke to was beyond rude and adamant nothing could be done. Tried back several more times and even spoke to the owner. All were rude, unhelpful, and an absolute disappointment. No one could give me a clear answer or reason other than that they could not help me. Will not be staying in any Baymont hotels in the future.

Breakfast is great!! We stayed on our way to MT and on our way back from MT. We left our garment bag in the room. Shayne was VERY helpful and went out of her way to figure out how to get it mailed to us. We received everything in tact. Very courteous and understanding.

Travelled through Sheridan twice in the last 3 weeks and stayed here both times. The staff is great. The hotel is super clean. The breakfast was decent. The location is a short drive away from downtown Sheridan, but totally worth it! I hope to be back in the future!
