Shelbyville Vacation Packages

We stayed at the Fairlane for one night in Nashville. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating and did offer free water bottles for our full stay. The room it self was a good size but there were stains on the curtains and a broken middle console on the bed, I was afraid it would fall on us in the middle of the night. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar for happy hour but were upset we weren’t able to order any food even though it was marketed to serve food. It was very quiet in the room and was very convenient to Broadway and fun areas in Nashville. Do be prepared to pay a large fee for valet if you have a car.

The location is very central downtown. If you want to party its great as next door to Coyote Ugly. The rooftop bar is nice and staff couldnt be friendlier. It was good for travellers to have access to a laundry. However our room was windowless and we would have liked to have been told in advance and have the option to refuse. The hotel does itself a disservice by calling itself luxury as it is not.

Great everything

Love love love this place. Definitely will be back. It’s so dreamy, the perfect vibe for a relaxing country feel! The owner was so kind and helpful in giving reccs of where to go for dinner.

Great location and a nice room, but service needs improvement We stayed at Noelle in Nashville last weekend. Was the room nice? Yes. Is the location solid? Absolutely. But the guest service needs attention. At 11:23 PM, I received a text saying I needed to come to the lobby because I had supposedly not provided a credit card at check-in for incidentals. Yet I had. I texted them back a copy of the credit card transaction processed upon check-in. First, who texts a guest at 11:23 PM about an administrative issue like this? Second, why wasn’t their own transaction checked before contacting me? It didn’t end there. We had two more interactions with the front desk, the second of which was not necessary. Also, Our travel companions received no housekeeping on two of their four nights and had to go to the front desk, twice, to get the room cleaned!. Sure, A nice room and a good location matter, but so does taking care of your guests. Noelle needs better communication and more consistent service. I wonder if Nashville is past its prime?
