Excellent location and property. In the heart of 12 South area of Nashville. Coffee shop across the street. Staff were absolutely wonderful. And every single person seemed happy to work there - a rarity! Free coffee and pastries in the morning. Even had juice and mimosas Saturday morning. Friday night there was live entertainment - singer songwriter - in the courtyard. Property was all around fantastic. Underground parking is expensive, but we were always able to snag free street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our 2 night stay here. The service was excellent and it was perfect as a place to stay for taking in the downtown sights.

The location was amazing. The staff was lovely and helpful. However, we did not receive any housekeeping. The hotel and the room were very clean, though. Overall, we liked our 3-night stay.

Great place to stay in Nashville, Unusual - but great experience in a hotel. Location was convenient to downtown honkytonks. Parking downtown is expensive - we found it convenient to park the car (for free) at the Russell and Uber back and forth.
