The only issue we had was getting our room to lock, having to put all your weight onto the door to latch otherwise use deadbolt, when leaving room had to pull really hard on handle to get it to latch with multiple attempts, hotel was booked so unable to change rooms. But over all room and amenities clean and decent breakfast

Staff was great. The rooms felt very stuffy and it did smell like someone was smoking in there. It did feel hot at first but once we turned on the air and left it on for a while it felt comfortable. The pools and hot tub was nice.

Convenient to our family. The staff didn’t refresh coffee or do any cleaning while there, a ring in the toilet after 5 nights, never touched. The towels were changed daily even though we had them hanging up. Hot tub was hot. Breakfast was the same each day but enough of a variety to be satisfied.

Pretty decent! A few minor things that need to be fixed are the stairs of the pool and slight odor walking in hallway. Staff was kind, breakfast was edible, and beds were nice!

Not a great stay. Rooms, pool, and hot tub were all dirty and dingy. Hotel was falling apart. Limited staff and not helpful. No elevators or public bathrooms. Tv in room doesn’t work and have very little space to move. Breakfast was fine but also limited, old, and not super clean. We would not go back.
