First AND last time to visit. Room smelled and (small) bed pillows smelled and looked dirty. Bought Lyson. No luggage carts. Breakfast was ok..all in all...really disappoined.

This property was filthy. The room smelled, the bathroom was nasty, the floor was sticky in places and dirt pushed up in corners. Smoking room booked, room in horrible condition. From deep Holes in the walls, to bed, bathtub and carpets covered in burn holes. Windows not functioning. Breakfast a joke. Public Ice machine empty. Right next to noisy highway.

This is our new go-to anytime we are staying or travelling through Springfield. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy to find with ample parking. Great breakfast before heading out on a long drive.

This hotel is one of the biggest ripoffs in the area. Their cancellstion and reservation policies are borderline criminal.

Super 8 by Wyndham Ava
Staff were responsive and very friendly. Hotel is old, nasty black mold ceiling tile in the hallway, outlets in the room not working, and the desk chair was broken. If you have heavy luggage I hope you are able to haul it up stairs because there is no elevator.
