We really enjoyed our stay! The staff at the reception go out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, that our questions were answered, transportation was ready for us, and so much more. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and updated. The location was perfect because we could walk everywhere in the Seven Mile area and to the stores/shopping. The beach access as part of the hotel was very nice and convenient. In summary, we will go back 100%.

Building and rooms are immaculately kept as this is a relatively new renovation. Very convenient location for all the Seven Mile beach fun. The entire staff is extremely friendly, wanting to help on any way, and extremely hard working to ensure the guest experience is great. Shuttle service and breakfast are invaluable!

Nice hotel, access to the 7 Mile Beach, free parking and breakfast. It is smaller hotel than others on 7 Mile Beach so it is a place you meet and get to know other people staying at the hotel.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was a delight and started our day off great. The food was always hot and the area kept clean as the staff was fantastic! The hotel was clean and our 2bd 2 bath suite was so worth it! The access to the quiet quaint beach was easy and the available chairs we a bonus! Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is one row back of the beach. Don't waste the money on a partial ocean view room. The staff was absolutely amazing and always helpful and polite. The shower design caused water to leak in the floor badly and the toilet... We had to get extra towels every day to keep the floor dry. There's no light in the shower or a shelf for your items. The rooms look updated and are super clean thanks to the staff. The beach is amazing with no seaweed or sargassum. When I come again I'll probably try the ocean front Marriott.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right on Seven Mile, which made getting around super convenient. The free breakfast was a great bonus, with a variety of food options to choose from each morning. The rooms were very clean, and the overall property was well-maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was friendly and made you feel welcome from the moment you walked in. A special shout-out to Elenora at the front desk—she always greeted me with a smile, was incredibly efficient, and even remembered my name throughout my stay. It’s that kind of personal touch that makes a big difference.

What a delightful oasis of beauty and relaxation tucked into the end of 7 Mile Beach. Breakfast as hot, fresh and filling. Pool side and Ms. Piper’s Garden cafe were relaxing and refreshing. Enjoyed the many outdoor seating options and the beach though only a small area had gorgeous sunsets and a beautiful snorkeling option! Staff were all warm and welcoming. Facilities clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this as a wonderful tropical get away!
