Needs a refresh and freshener

I booked this hotel for a somewhat last minute trip to Olympic National Park. Options were limited. The room was clean, but had a musty smell. The decor was appropriately very woodsy though dated. I thought the space was good. The beds were quite firm if you like that. The location is more in a retail, big-box store area and right next door to a dispensary. I preferred the more “Main Street” area with local shops. Overall not a bad place.

This property is old and overpriced. Had to switch rooms due to weird flecks and pieces of what seemed like old foam on the mattress. No coffee or breakfast.

While clean and comfortable things are showing their age and a bit of sprucing up would go a long way. The bed is very comfortable. Room was good size and area was quiet. Check in staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff, clean room, and good location. Unfortunately, the amenities need some upgrades—or at least be fixed before guests check in. The AC in our room was completely out of order, and we couldn’t sleep during the hot night.

The property was ok in general, but we had a problem with our reservation. We booked long time in advance a two double bed room (4 people), but they gave us a room with only one bed. The lady at the reception did her best to provide one rollaway bed ( two would never fit in the limited space of the room), and she specified that the solution was 'at no extra cost for us', which sounded quire funny! As if it was our request to have an added rollaway bed instead of the booked two double bed. The location allows to reach Port Angeles ferry terminal in about 20 minutes drive.

Would not recommend for cost vs quality

Good location, easy access, ample parking. The guest suite is a terrible design. The bathroom is in the main bedroom as well as the ac/heater. This prevents you from closing the door; the purpose of a suite!! The weather was 75, but the kitchenette and room with the other bed area was 90! No screens in the windows to open the windows at night without letting bugs or mosquitoes in; this isn’t camping. The king bed in the bedroom was a brick and if you moved towards the headboard the bed would tip. We also asked for a microwave replacement since ours wasn’t heating and sounded like it was going to blow up. Never received a replacement. This inn is overpriced for condition of the room. We would not recommend unless your willing to pay high prices for a low quality stay.
