Staff was great, room was ok, not ok with not having handicapped parking available for more than one vehicle. If there was, it was very hidden. There was also someone next to our room that kept letting their door slam late into the night. A continental breakfast would have been great too but otherwise it was a decent stay.

The accommodations were fine on each of our three recent stays, room clean and orderly, and each time the staff has been exceedingly helpful. This place and its people have taken some of the stress off being in Seattle for medical reasons. The location to UW Medical really helps.

Hidden fees and disappointing water. 'Self parking' turned into a $25 fee per night and then an additional daily 'Amenity Fee' which covers what other hotels provide in cost (WiFi, water, etc.). On top of which, no matter how far you turned the shower faucet, the water never rose above luke warm.

This hotel was completely adequate for my needs, a comfortable bed in a convent location. The only issue I had was there is zero amenities so I don’t know why they charge for resort fee! Regular old coffee is not even available after 12:01 pm!
