Good location. Complimentary water bottles each day were nice.

I would not recommend this hotel. It definitely is not a five star hotel if that is what you are looking for. The service is not what one would expect from a Lotte hotel. The check in process took over 30 minutes. The rooms are outdated. And more importantly, it is not ADA compliant! There are many other hotels for much cheaper with better service and amenities in the area.

The only true detriment during our stay was that the revolving door was not self-propelled. At first, I thought that perhaps it was the design, and it was not intended to revolve on its own. Then I saw a maintenance crew working on it, then a sign warning of rotation, so I knew then that it was simply broken. I did notice that the bell staff were intent on pushing guests into using the town cars parked outside. That did not sit well with me. Other than those two issues, our stay was uneventful, save for one issue: apparently, the building suffered a fire alarm trip, which called out the NYFD. It was during quiet hours, so the sound of an announcement in our room was jarring. After a while, an all-clear was issued.
