The grounds and rooms are simple and clean. Location is close shops and restaurants. You are able to access to staff when needed. The only comment I will make is that I wish there was a bench or something like it where the guests have a place their personal item in the bathroom.

Our weeklong trip meandering the roads of Vermont was made more memorable by our stay at the Brook Bound Inn! The property is gorgeous and impeccably maintained! Our room was clean and so quiet! The bed was comfortable, and the blackout window blinds allowed us to sleep a little later than normal. The bathroom was very clean with a large shower and great smelling body wash, shampoo, etc. Jake and Hope were so helpful before and during our stay. We also appreciated the robust WIFI. We didn’t try the amazing pool this time, but we will for sure on our next trip!

I stayed in a townhouse, an upgrade from the room I booked. It was quiet and private, which I enjoyed, and more room than I needed. If my family's schedule had been different, I could have invited them over for a cookout (they live nearby). The townhouse was rather dated and I am afraid a bit dreary, with a lot of browns and beiges. But well-outfitted and convenient.

all was wonderful and well orchestrated

I travel for work and had the opportunity to stay at this property for 2 months. This is a great lodge in a lovely part of the country. The friendly staff will go out of their way to accomodate guests if at all possible. This is a modernized lodge type property in a picturesque setting. There are room options that include a sauna in the room. There is also a flash heater type of water heater that provides almost instant and endless hot water on demand. The breakfast offerings include the personal waffle iron kit and all you can eat of it. I never had even the slightest issue with cleanliness and the staff strives to make your stay enjoyable. I don’t know how this property rates with others, but I give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars.

Pulled in late on a Sunday night from a wedding. Bride didn’t have her ID on her, groom did, but they couldn’t check into their room, since reservation was in her name. That was unfortunate since out of town guests were waiting to continue the celebration in the casino for the night with them. Outside of that, the stay was great.
