The hotel is in a great spot and there's a restaurant across the street for good food. We arrived early (@3p) and our room was clean so we wew allowed to check in. Nice size room but AC was not working. Nice girl from the front desk tried to get it working bit no luck. She graciously moved is to another room and all was good. Hotel is within walking distance of mich of the south end so that's a plus. We checked out before 8a and there was no one around so we called the number on the door and left the key in a box. Not a bad place, just old. Bed was fine and price was good compared to other hotels there. It's a 2 star hotel. Comfortable and quiet.

Ok for an overnight

This hotel is great as far as location. Pool area was nice. Rooms were just ok. Double beds seem smaller than a double. Not a great “re-model”. I wouldn’t want to stay multiple nights but for an overnight trip it was fine.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The water from the shower and sink had a strange smell, but otherwise the room was very nice and cleanly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Very friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere! The road beside the hotel leads straight to the beach, so it's extremely easy to get to the sand. Also, the hotel is within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, including a seafood place directly across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean bedding/linens (comfortable), floors, tv, fridge & microwave was nice & AC worked well. Not too noisy. The toilet wasnt anchored properly to the floor. I would recommend a total remodel of the shower & toilet area.

The building is alright. It is within walking distance to the beach. There is a restaurant right across that serves excellent mussels and gumbo! Front desk is helpful. Take note, no elevators.
