Great price for a nice place walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Short drive to SCAD, St. Bonaventure and other attractions. Easy to find street parking. A very well located boutique hotel. Learned actually two houses. I stayed in the red house. Very modern kitchen and attractive room. Room temperature fluctuated during the night. Host provided needed ear plugs as construction across the street and night road noises from time to time. Well worth visiting again.

The owner is so kind - my train was cancelled and it was no problem to book a room late the night after I checked out. Hotel really fun with decor, shared bathrooms were not a problem at all. Barely noticed. The area around the hotel is fantastic. Lots of artsy shops and bars. Easy access to downtown too. I mostly walked but also took the free shuttle bus. You won’t regret a trip to Savannah. Wow!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff there, but unfortunately we did not take the warning on parking and ended up with a ticket. Also, note that our first floor room, I believe it was the Savannah room, did not have a private bathroom, so take a good look.
