The staff are nice and friendly. We always recievied a pleassnt greeting from the front desk or from the breakfast room staff...it was welcoming and inviting. The price was good...not at all expensive. It was reasonable and quite affordable. The rooms are simple...nothing fancy but clean. Beds are very comfortable. If you need any extra towels or bathroom supplies, just ask and they will provide it right away. We had a room that had direct access to the parking lot and that was convenient. My husband and I didn’t have to go through the lobby and hotel hallway to unload or load up our car. We had online check-in that was convenient since we arrived late after driving through a very bad winter storm for 11 hours. We just needed to pick up our keys and head to our room. My husband and I were there to visit his sick parents in the hospital and the hotel was a pleasant refuge during a stressful time. Thank you Wyndham Sarnia Harbourfront for the stay. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay in Sarnia.
