Great deal for Sarasota

Quick stay for 2-nights. Older building but it was clean and convenient. Just needed a place to sleep and shower. Right place for a good rate in Sarasota.

The internet access could and should get an upgrade. I was unable to get online when I had to complete some work assignments. Otherwise the staff was great and welcoming. Even the “FaceTime” type station in the lobby was adequate. I would stay there again, granted I didn’t have any work obligations.

The person at the front desk just walks out at three o’clock. I was waiting to check in and get a room number and a key. The bath tubs in two rooms were so slick that my girlfriend fell and our friends both fell. They had the nerve to tell us they would give our money back but move out!!! What ever happened to real customer service?
