We loved our stay! All the staff is especially warm and friendly. Terrific complimentary breakfast buffet in the restaurant, which also has a great dinner menu and good cocktails. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the common area in front of the fire. The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my visit. Gave us a kind gift because we were celebrating our anniversary. I especially appreciated their helpful recommendations for local attractions and how to get to the plaza. Room was always clean and breakfast buffet was always delicious. Breakfast staff were always kind and attentive to our needs. I would reccomend this hotel.

You are right next to all the big box hotels that charge you for air and parking 24/7-HA .. But none of those inflated fees here, sweet, calm, earthy feel to it all. Loved it.

The staff are exceptional here! So grateful for the extra attention we got for it being our engagement trip. The room was super clean, cosy and a short walk away from the centre. We love walking so it was perfect to access everything on foot! Joes Tequila Bar in the hotel is excellent. Brilliant Margaritas! Will stay again next time!

Great welcome and awesome kind staff. Room was beautiful and clean. The only downside is we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator but they had staff assist with bags which was super helpful. Part of the charm of an older building. Perfect location to the square and an easy walk. The onsite restaurant is also delicious. We had lunch and breakfast.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was confortable and uniquely decorated. Bed outstanding. Good location, very walkable, but not in the center of the bustle. Very convenient for Canyon Road. Staff superb and breakfast excellent. We were making plans to come back as we drove away.
