Great place to stay!

This is a great location close to Cedar Point. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, nice pool with a slide, and breakfast was a nice plus. We have now stayed there twice and plan on booking again soon.

Air conditioner was very loud and we couldn't turn off auto mode so it got hot at times. Towels are very thin and scratchy. For goodness sake, change out the odd hair dryers! Only access to 2nd level rooms are open metal stairs. If I'd known this I would have requested a lower level room. Be aware, a train runs nearby in the middle of the night, blowing its whistle. Not the fault of property, but woke us several times. I really wanted to be able to give a good review, the staff was very nice. But i wouldn't recommend.

Family-friendly motel with large outdoor pool /hot tub that includes two slides. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were in pretty good condition. Breakfast could be improved a bit.

We visited the hotel for a couple of nights to stay next to Cedar point. It was OK for the price we paid. Nothing wastoo bad or too good.

Our room was clean, except the inside of the fridge. The parking is not the best. The grounds are very well kept and all the plants are beautiful. Should have more big garbage cans around the property. Breakfast could use a little more variety. Pool was very well kept and maintained. Would definetly stay here again and would recommend south shore inn.

Aye-okay.

It was an okay trip. We stayed overnight during the holiday. Staff was very nice, very helpful. Cleanliness was good, continental breakfast was good. The bed was very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The main entry light was out so it was dark coming in until we could find the switch to the outside bathroom sink. The double sinks was a nice touch. Other than that, the stay was fine.

I rarely stay at same property more than once. This one is worth it! Love the care the independent owner has and takes pride in their establishment. The pool with two water slides and hot tub are nice and have great hours and are very clean!
