Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.

My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great.

Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated. We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!

Other people at the resort were ghetto. Mad cause they lost power (there was a storm) and talking about being mad enough to poop on the beds! Walls are very thin and you hear everything. Inconsiderate neighbors kept us up on the 2nd night. Not a good value for the price of the room on a holiday weekend.

We had a wonderful time on the island. We would’ve liked to know that the pools weren’t filled with water and the jacuzzi was not hot. Also the property was under construction and we weren’t made aware. We also were locked out of the property the first night we arrived and had to call the night person who showed up promptly but it was early in the night 9pm. Rooms were clean and the rest of the stay was nice.

The music by the pool was horrible - the base actually shook the doors and vibrated the floor. There was no Kleenex in the room. The room was not cleaned for a three day stay ($1300). Towels were placed on the bathroom counter but nothing picked up or cleaned. Very disappointed in the Inn.

Great location.. but my window was right next to the walk way so you can hear everything… my hot tub Jets had no pressure.. u could not feel them at all.. and the hot tub was dirty. Clean it myself prior to use

The pool area was terrific the only problem is that once 9:00 came they shut off all the lights around the pool and walkways. Then they put on these terrible red lights you couldn't see where you were walking to save your life. A couple times the security guards was walking around helping people with a flashlight so they can see where they were walking. I know they blamed it on the mayflies but they were gone I didn't see one when I was there last week

The staff was great!!!! However, If you like to wake up at 2 AM with teens jumping on each other in the hall. Or be given a balcony room with a beautiful view of an empty pool, dirt, pipes as they refurbish the pool area. (Why did they not give rooms away from that when the hotel was NOT full). Older furniture. Then I guess this is for you.
