The hot water didn’t work at all and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of complaints even though we spent over a thousand on three rooms to stay.

Upon check in I asked if the room was accessible and was told it was. The bathroom had no grab bars or other mobility accessible features. First floor location was helpful. My daughter has a disability so our stay was not ideal due to lack of mobility disability amenities in the room. The dining room is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so that was a real bummer.

Excellent location

The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the supplies were top quality. I recommend it highly for the price it is a great value, the manager is unbelievably nice and accommodating.

The staff are very nice - they helped me look for my husband’s insulin case which we thought we left. We found it eventually in the car!! Doh!! But they were the best and helped us check the room.
