Toilet seat was so loose I had to tighten it before I would even use it. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but then again it wasn't mine.

You can tell they are upgrading the hotel. Love the wood floors; nobody wants musty/damp carpet in their room. The room was spacious enough for one night and was clean. I don't like that the sink area is outside of the toilet area; makes it hard for one person to get ready while someone sleeps. It's on a busier road, but it's Dell Rapids, so it didn't bother us. Plus, the AC masks a lot of sounds. Employees/owners were friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, but the fridge worked. Super convenient for visiting family nearby, and the price was right.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

The room was nice, comfy bed and pillows and clean. The breakfast was pretty decent-normal hotel free breakfast. The exterior property wasn’t the best maintained. The landscaping was overgrown with weeds. Overall it’s a decent place for a night or two for the price. Will stay here again

Newer facilities. Clean. Helpful staff at front desk. Rooms very nice. Parking is a bit of hassle as you will need to park at Airport long term parking. Right across the street but no in and out without paying each time. Breakfast was ok as grab and go. Would recommend especially for airport travel guests. Terminal is a 2 minute walk from hotel entrance. Old town Sioux Falls is fun. Check it out.

The room I was in needed some TLC. The vent was coming off the wall and looked dirty and the lock on the doors jammed a couple times. I hate that the vent stays on the entire time if you have the bathroom light on, the noise is so loud. Staff was friendly though and the lobby and grounds were well-kept. I appreciated that it was close to lots of restaurants and the shopping area.
