I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Overall, everything was great, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Liliana, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The only issue we experienced was that the electricity went out every night, about 3 to 4 times. Each outage caused a lot of noise when the power came back on, which made it very difficult to sleep. It would be a great improvement if the property had an emergency backup power system for guests to avoid these repeated interruptions during the night. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

The service are great and the activities, the restaurant were excellent, except the buffet restaurant. The food was cold and not fresh also the grill option were overcooked and not enough personnel. The cabanas requiered maintenance a lot of them with the broken cover and termites. The room service was excellent . The staff and the butler David and the buffet restaurant Ana Maria. Rosaura from the main bar prepared excellent drinks and tea’s. The food at the french and meat restaurants was excellent.

After a long journey, you want to arrive and have your room ready; while check-in is officially at 3:00 PM, I have stayed at other properties in the Dominican Republic where the room was ready the moment I arrived. Here, I had to wait nearly three hours for it to be finished. The air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively—it barely stayed cool, even after maintenance checked it—so I didn't need to use sheets to cover myself at night. Finally, the mattresses were extremely stiff or hard—so much so that they were uncomfortable.

We just went with the family of 5 3 girls facility is beautiful. Restaurants were great shows and entertainment were amazing.

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible y el baño siempre tenía mal olor. Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo que hizo la estadía bastante incómoda. En el buffet, la mayoría del personal atendía con mala actitud y parecía molesto, por lo que el servicio dejó mucho que desear. La comida sí estuvo buena, ese fue uno de los pocos aspectos positivos. En la piscina, cuando se acababan las bebidas, no las reponían y al final tuvimos que pagar un upgrade para obtener una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara mejor. En general, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor.
