We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Due to a blackout we were moved to the Oliver Hotel because they still had power. The staff made the transition smooth and effortless.

The air conditioner was very loud. The building is noisy, doors slam when people enter and leave. Parking is a little ways away from the hotel, open lot and hard to park for getting in and out.

It was a little inconvenient. Sure it was a minute walk but if I want to go out at night, I don't feel safe walking that minute to a parking lot. Everything else is fine though.
