Staff were friendly and the property was beautiful. One of the best resort pools I’ve experienced. A couple cons, the service by the main pool was TERRIBLE the waiters do not come around despite having a raised flag for service. The restaurants on site are not great at all and overpriced! Best thing to do is eat off site or order room service, the food selection is better for room service. The resort did not have any activities at night. They claimed to have live music but it was someone’s phone linked to a Bluetooth speaker. There were no entertainment or activities for guests to do and it was really boring and disappointing. Would I stay here again? No. Unless they added more entertainment and improve their food quality.

I paid for breakfast to be included, staff said charges would be dropped at the check out (last day) but they fully charged me 2 days after I left the hotel because with my credit card in the system. Do not sign the charges at the check out; they would tell you all will be dropped and give you a small amount to pay but they will fullu charge you what you signed on the paper. I was scammed (deceived)

Loved this place! Didn’t care for the beach - I’ve never seen so much seaweed, but the resort is beautiful and staff is very friendly. Three pools to choose from - each had a different vibe. Didn’t try all of the restaurants, but the two we tried were great. Worth every penny!

The property was beautiful. The people who worked there were wonderful. I did not appreciate all the hidden fees. Fees after fees. Came home and more fees. It would be nice if the price was all up front and you didn’t have to worry about other costs. I will probably not stay here again because of this reason alone.
