The hotel seems a little outdated. There were tiny ants in our room and on the balcony but the view oh the view was so beautiful. The ants were plenty but they weren’t in the bed or on counters.

This is our third time staying at this property. You would think by now they would have more than one elevator working. This hotel does not have dining options at all. You will have to adventure out. The beach at the property is small and crowded. Better beach options within walking distance or catching a uber.

On arrival the bathroom was never cleaned and guests disgusting rotting food riddled the fridge. We had to ask for room service twice after hours after arrival to please come up. We never received new toiletries or towels in the 4 days there we would have to ask. And I emailed the hotel when I was told I paid everything to then be charged hundreds more after our stay. The room we stayed in had roaches in it , not a lot but we stayed for 4 days and saw 2 roaches. Housekeeping took forever to bring extra towels and wash clothes. The pool area was well kept but there was a lot of dirt in the pool
