Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom sink in our room was horrible and took a long time for water to get warm or hot. Do not like refrigerator in bathroom. Rooms need to be upgraded. As for the staff, they were great. Restaurant closed for some reason.

I love staying at this hotel because my dad used to bring us here when we were kids, so I have a lot of great memories. Back in the 80s-90s, this was a true five star hotel. Nowadays, it's a little beaten up, no longer has a casino, and its restaurants have closed. But the pools are really nice and the ocean view rooms are lovely. Also, the Garden Inn that's on the lagoon side was part of the Condado Plaza - the only restaurants remaining are on that side.

Very poor property quality. Nothing like that mentioned on any misleading booking site. I have no idea how people are grossly miss grading this property. Uneasy feeling when you have security personnel on every floor due to broken security cameras for few days.

I loved every single bit of it. The only thing that I never knew was that every time they come clean your room, they were charging you when you get the deposit they take it out of there. That was the only thing I didn’t like at least give me a heads up other than that the pool the beach the people was great. I’m taking another vacation there in about six months.

Friendly staff, good environment however I personally think that the hotel needs to focus and improve on cleanliness, it needs to improve from the rooms to the parking lot. Example: elevators, parking lot are dirty. Our room was neglected it wasn’t clean properly. Also our room suffered a plumbing issue and we got water all over the room.

I really love this hotel. This is the second time we stay and love the ocean view and the access to the beach. This is a nice area to stay and walk around. Very close to old San Juan and the airport. Plenty of food options less than 5 minutes away.

Rooms need to be updated. Only one elevator working for the 7 day duration of my trip. Allows people from other hotels as well as locals to use hotel amenities. Pool and private beach packed with locals and other hotels.
