Room was decent, bed linen could use an upgrade (hair & particles) on the sheets. But, the convenience of having coffee in the lounge area & it being well maintained was great to have. Plus, the location was only a few blocks from the beach. Oh, and the room door was hell to lock like others said.

Rosalina was such a cute stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. For most of our stay (Fri-Tuesday), the front desk was closed, but they were reachable by phone. The only downside is that the pools were dirty. Hurricane Erin passed by Saturday/Sunday, but by Tuesday, nobody had come to clean the pool. The hotel is walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot - Kasalta. It is also walking distance to the beach and other food places. Parking was always available for us during our stay.

The place was fine. The location is good , there are a bunch of restaurants and beaches which made it really nice: my only complain would be the staff, there is no one around , getting a hold of someone is difficult. I asked for an early checkin and I paid extra but they had me wait over an hr to even get in. The staff gave my key to another couple. Honestly the place is fine but the lack of communication and no one around made me very uncomfortable.

Llegue y nos dirigieron al cuarto equivocado y nos mostraron las facilidades, cuando tratamos de abrir la habitacion que nos indicaron la llave no entraba. Mi esposa salió a la recepción y le indicaron que se habian equivocado y le dió otro número de habitación que no fue el que nos dijeron cuando llegamos y nos mostró nuestra "supuesta habitación". La tele no servía y cuando voy a informarlo; la muchacha no estaba en la recepción; pero sí su cartera negra con el cable blanco del cargador. Escribí y llamamos a los números de contacto y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Todo esto antes de que la muchacha de la recepción se fuera (todo está grabado por cámaras de seguridad del complejo). Luego en la noche cuando nos bañamos nos dimos cuenta que el agua de la ducha se salía de la misma e inundó el baño y el carto (tuvimos que secarlo con las toallas porque era algo intolerable ya que no podíamos dejar las cosas en el piso). Tengo fotos, videos y captura de pantalla de lo que estoy explicando. La estadía fue pésima ya que no pudimos ver TV, el cuarto se inundaba y no había mapo para poder secar el cuarto y no tener que utilizar las toallas de baño para resolver ese problema. Tampoco pudimos usar la piscina porque no teníamos toallas ya que la usamos para secar el baño y la habitación. La comunicación inexistente; espero que puedan arreglar esos problemas para que no tengan otros huéspedes con su estadía arruinado como nosotros.
