El hotel es muy bonito en una excelente area porque esta cerca el arepuerto. La comida desayuno eata buena. El ambiente es excelente. Nos encanto todo menos la limpieza, porque las camas si las ordenaban pero si dejabamos vasos vacios. No los tiraban a la basura,y no.ponian papel higienico. No dejaban suficientes toallas.. No dejaban shampoo ni body wash cuando se termino. Pero en lo demaa estuvo excelente. Es nuestro hotel cada vez ke viajamos.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first assigned room smelled bad and the AC didn’t work this visit. Not a huge problem but was traveling with my 7 year old and they didn’t offer any assistance with moving our luggage so it was a bit of a hassle. The pool is very clean and has a nice tropical vibe even though you’re across the street from the beach. The food and drinks are very good. Beach chairs and umbrella are offered at the main desk to carry to the beach and I love that there is a fridge coffee maker and microwave in the room. Only complaint is the complimentary breakfast ends too early (9 am). We’re on vacation… at least give us till 10 am.

Checking and check out take extremely long. There is usually only one person in the front desk. Both times we had someone who didn’t really know what he was doing and i could even understand him, i speak English and spanish.. drinks are overpriced and definitely not worth it. I did like the size of the rooms and everything it offered. The room was always moist which was weird but didn’t affect our stay. Things need to be better explained at check in with someone more knowledgeable.
