Our flight was significantly delayed, causing us to lose an entire night at the hotel. Despite our efforts to communicate with the hotel about this as it was happening, as well as upon arrival, they were unwilling to make any accommodations for us to make up for the lost night. We paid for a night at a hotel that we did not get to use. Staff was cold and dismissive about the issue. I’ve never had an experience with a hotel that was unwilling to make any accommodations, especially with the amount of money we spent to stay there. Absurd.

I didn't like that the property didn't have enough beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests. I liked that the hotel didn't hesitate to put us in another room after my displeasure with the initial room that was given to us. Also,the hotel was very beautiful and esthetically pleasing.

I wish I could give this location a wonderful score as the pool and amenities were beautiful and clean. The staff however was very inconsistent. I planned a memory trip for 6 of us after being diagnosed with a terminal illness. I lived in PR 4 years but my siblings have never been and it was my birthday. The property looked perfect, the area was great and they would take my 5 lb yorkie. The floor I stayed on had a horrible stale odor. When I spoke to the front desk they said I’m sorry. The pull out bed was broken in one of the rooms. No one came to check that after calling down. I stopped to get beach towels to have a beach day. The man at the front desk wandered around for about 5 mins and he came back without the towels and helped 3 other people. About 20 minutes later he came back with a stack of towels and just held them out to me and left. There were 2 or 3 very nice ladies at the front desk and the housekeepers were amazing. I would only ask for anything when one of these ladies worked. I ended up walking or driving to the hotel I stayed at in the past for dining or drinks as I felt I was an inconvenience to the staff. It’s a shame such a wonderful place can be diminished by the actions of staff. Had the service been consistent my other issues would have been small and easily fixed. We ended up exploring the island and my family enjoyed the trip. I usually don’t write bad reviews. I hope that management will review customer service as this place could be 10/10.

It's a nice hotel. Close to the beach and the airport. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. But the staff is not particularly friendly, especially at the reception. There are some odors from time to time. Maybe dampness. But in general a good option. If you ignore these disadvantages
