I really like the staff and the breakfast everyone is super nice and helpful however going on the floors to the room the rug just smells old and once you get into the room the sheets just feel old not clean other than that I will stay again

What I enjoyed about the property was that it was next door to somewhere you can eat that was really good and entertainment the staff was great however once on the floors is just the carpet is smells old and the sheets on the bed just don't feel clean other than that staff is great

Adequate, at best

Breakfast is pretty good. Coffee was outstanding. Some negative aspects were the need to manage a dehumidifier in the room. Fortunately, I had experience and knew how to empty to water it accumulates, but a guest shouldn't have to do that. I had to empty the pan once a day, usually at night and it was needed, as the floor was wet with humidity. This indicates issues with the climate control, but staff could have made it simpler by simply emptying the pan when they cleaned. Guess not. The hostess that checked us in could use some training in customer service too.
