Hotel located on somewhat dumpy sidestreet. Address is weird and does not comport with street signs or Googlemaps. Breakfasts were quite good. Bacon cooked well but sausage seemed undercooked. Should be lightly browned I would think but they may have tried to cook it fast. Staff at desk were very helpful. Self serve store kind of a disaster. Very overpriced in self-serve store. One elevator out for most of stay.

The Condado area of San Juan was very safe during the day and night! The hotel was very nice but you could tell that it needed upgrading!

All the employees were very nice and accommodating. My biggest issue was hot water in the shower and the hot tub was so hot it was scalding. The only other thing was the lagoon flooding the street but it usually receded fairly quickly. Other than that not a bad experience.

We found this hotel clean and near many restaurants. The beach access is a bit of a walk then what we were told However fir the price it was a good deal. I would stay here again

It was super, but the only thing was that I am a n the chunky side and the bathroom was beautiful but no space when you sit to do your business. Also there was a situation with the light and they couldn’t give me a hard copy receipt so they was supposed to email it and that was at 6:30am and it’s 1pm and still waiting

Staff was super friendly and even suggested a good restaurant for us to eat at. Breakfast was good and hot, staff was able to service everyone even with a large breakfast crowd. Would definitely stay there again.
