Room was nice and comfy, convenient location was the best. I didn't receive any vip amenity if there was one being a platinum member as it asked on the last question so not sure about that, but otherwise no complaints. Got a lot of automated texts I would've rather not received but feel like a lot of properties are doing that these days.

Noise is my only complaint

Everything seemed new and inviting. You could smell the citrus aroma of the lobby before you even entered from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. There was construction next door that started at 7am and lasted all day (I understand that is out of the hotel's control) and the housekeeping employees were also very loud- yelling down hallways and slamming doors.

Rooms are very dark. They have most amenities.it is good that there is parking but it is very uncomfortable. Kitchen needs work- sponge was dirty, they should change it for every client. Recommend more illumination for rooms.

My son and I stayed at the Hibird Condado for 8 days. The location could not have been better. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need on vacation. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laura was very helpful at check-in and throughout the week. The food and drinks at Pure Juice bar were great. Definitely would stay there again!

Didn't like the parking facility. The spaces are too small for most cars and what makes it worse is people can’t park efficiently and ruin it for others. I didn’t like the lifts and they were broken throughout the trip and also our room thermostat wasnt able to be adjusted and some of the party found it too cold
