El personal de recepción al llevarle una queja la encargada fue grosera solo dijo que si nos queríamos ir pues que no fuéramos. Necesitan capacitar su personal para LEARN. Escuchar, empatizar,Disculpar, reaccionar y notificar. Ella solo escuchó y reaccionó contestado que no trabajaban con aires acondicionados y que si no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos. 5 estrellas en servicio

We stayed at Fajardo Inn for four days and had a great experience overall. The location was convenient—close to the ferry terminal and a short drive to nearby beaches and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The grounds were well-kept, and we enjoyed the tropical atmosphere and quiet surroundings. The pool area was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We have a nice time playing mini golf too. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay—great for families or couples looking for a base to explore Fajardo and the surrounding area.
