My stay at the Condado Vanderbilt exceeded my expectations. As it was my first time visiting the island, I was initially a bit skeptical—but I was quickly impressed. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, which offered easy access to Old San Juan and other parts of the island. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Everything was top notch! Especially the pool staff was incredible. Manuel was the king of the pool staff. Food at Ola Restaurant was fabulous. Only negative thing that the room was partially ocean view, which must have been stated clearly.

My recent stay at this resort was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The staff stood out for being incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay, they truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. We stayed in the Biltmore Ocean View Suite, which was both comfortable and spacious, perfect for a couple. The view was stunning, and the room had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. One of the highlights of our trip was the food. We especially enjoyed the flavorful cuisine at Tacos and Tequila—every meal we had there was delicious and full of vibrant, authentic flavor. We also had brunch at Ola Oceanfront Restaurant, which was a lovely experience with tasty dishes and a beautiful seaside setting. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining options.

We were put on the side of the hotel next to a public plaza area that was very loud during late hours of the night. With a young child, and light sleepers, we were up very late not being able to sleep. We asked to be moved but we were told there were no other rooms available. I looked online and sure enough there were rooms available to book.
