I truly will give this hotel a 3star rating only cause my family only enjoyed the pool and beach. However, the bathroom tiles have mold on it, the hotel does not allow microwave inside rooms so if you have a young ones you'll have to warm their milk downstairs. The fridge inside the room was not working properly. Otherwise from that staff was alright but I expected better since this is a resort.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been too. Pierto Rico was a dream and the Caribe Hilton was the icing on the cake. Spend a little extra money and STAY HERE!! You will remember this post.

I have mixed feelings about this property. I stayed in the Beach Wing, and while the staff was amazing, the rooms and halls were very dated. The carpet made me want to keep my slippers on, and the shower head was literally coming out of the wall (though, I’ll admit, the water pressure was fantastic 😅). Food options on-site were limited and very pricey, so I highly recommend checking out Cafe Tropical across the street—it’s delicious and way more affordable. The pool also wasn’t the cleanest; I did see employees trying to maintain it early in the mornings, but guests were out there so early that it was probably hard to keep up. Drinks and food by the pool (served from the lobby bar) were also expensive, so next time, I’d grab alcohol from the bodega attached to the cafe and make my own. The private beach was a highlight, but it was closed for the first two days due to sargassum that couldn’t be disturbed. Thankfully, it cleared up by day three. What really made our stay enjoyable, though, was the staff. They were helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cared. They quickly switched our room when I wasn’t happy with the original one, and when my boyfriend got sick, they went above and beyond—bringing ice packs, extra towels, and even checking in on us without being asked. Overall, the property needs updates, but the employees truly make the experience better.
