The Hotel is wonderful, the staff is awesome except for the Bartenders at the Lobby Bar Waited for a drink fipr more than 30 minutes when I asked he said there were 13 other people waiting gor their drinks Had to leave and git our drinks at Rustica Bar their service is excellent

Hilton made $1.539 billion last year—surely they could invest a small portion of that into properly maintaining their properties. I’ve stayed at several Hilton hotels, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern of poor maintenance. At the Caribe Hilton, I had no hot water for the first two days and nights of my stay—including the day I needed to get ready for a wedding. The shower door handle came off during normal use, the air conditioning barely worked and was extremely noisy, and I was surprised to be informed of an additional $42 per night fee, supposedly outlined in the fine print of my Expedia booking. These hidden costs are something travelers should be aware of. Despite the hot water issue affecting the entire hotel, no compensation or offer to waive the fee was extended. While the staff was professional and courteous, the responsibility clearly lies with hotel management and Hilton as a company. I won’t be returning to the Caribe Hilton, and I encourage others to consider locally owned hotels that better support the people of Puerto Rico and may offer a more pleasant, well-maintained experience.

Beautiful property at first glance, but in need of upgrades. Floor was dirty upon entering. Stains on furniture, mold in shower and some type of gunk in the top of the sliding balcony door. Let management know and he said he could switch rooms following day. Called and spoke to a female manager and she told me to call THEM back at 4 at check in time. Seriously? They tried to change rooms on the last day of my trip. The resolution was a discount on resort fees. FYI was my 2nd year returning and totally different experience and I won’t be returning next year.

pool water were cold. the area around the pool was not nice or inviting. there was an empty concrete space in the middle. The look of the hotel was not as nice as in pictures.

Caribe facilities are definitely a bit dated. I was hoping it would be a little less rough around the edges, being a Hilton and the above average nightly rate.

It is definitely an older property that could use updating, but was clean and had daily maid service. It is very close to the airport and old San Juan making it convenient to do other things. The grounds are nice and the food was good but be prepared for slow service at the restaurants.

The place was very clean inside. I think it needs a little updating and window washing outside. Everything else was great. The parking garage was not easy to use the ticket system is stupid.

I had a great time at the Hilton Caribe. The staff was nice and attentive. The rooms were nice and clean as well as the lobby area and all other areas. The only thing I didn’t like was the hot tub was not hot whatsoever and also my showers were not hot.
