I had a disappointing experience, primarily due to poor customer service. It is clear that management should prioritize training staff (including themselves), to provide courteous and professional service to guests. While I understand that the facilities are not in the best condition, the least that could be done is to compensate for those shortcomings with more attentive and friendly service, especially for those of us who chose this place to enjoy our vacation in the country. Additionally, charging guests to use chairs and umbrellas by the pool (not even lounge beds) is simply absurd. I strongly urge management to review their service standards and policies in order to improve the overall guest experience. A little more attention and hospitality can make a significant difference.

Very old. Carpet had strong moldy smell in 4th floor common areas. Mattress was stiff and very uncomfortable. Stayed only one of two nights we paid. Would not use again.

We will never stay here again. The bed skirt had mold on the bottom of it. There was a cockroach on the frame of the door as we were walking in. Housekeeping “cleaned” the room; all they did was changed the moldy bed skirt, the sheets, and made the beds. Did not provide new towels or emptied the garbage. Why bother to go in the room, they should provide the privacy signs or ask if you want housekeeping service specially since we were there only 2 nights. It was a waste of money and time for the hotel. They could save so much money, if anything change the towels and garbage and just straighten the bed sheets.

Hotel muy accesible lugar tranquilo y familiar quiero reconocer a la empleada del front desk Brittany con un servicio al cliente impecable desde el recibimiento, muy atenta al status de la habitación y muy dispuesta. Deberian premiarla por que ese trato en otros hoteles no lo he vistos, Ese servicio le dan ganas a uno como cliente de volver.
