I was highly impressed with this hotel. Historic and charming. The staff were friendly and its literally 30 seconds or less to the beach. The only downfall is the parking. Other than that, my stay there was amazing. Shout out to Mr Eddy 😊

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was always clean and fresh. The only down side, no property parking. We rented a car last minute and only then realized there is only street parking available. This can be a hassle since the surrounding areas are residential. Other than that, the hotel is a perfect boutique in a great area, beach-front, a walkable distance from Calle Loiza and La Placita!

Lovely environment

I recently stayed at this boutique for the first time, and while my initial room didn’t quite match what I expected from the online photos, the staff completely made up for it. Eddie, at the front desk, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He arranged a complimentary upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room the very next day. The new room was absolutely spotless, had a lovely balcony with a clear view of the beach, and was very peaceful. Plus, the on-site restaurant had delicious food and an amazing bartender. Eddie’s outstanding service and prompt care really made my stay memorable. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

Perfect location close to the beach. The rooms were adequate in size. Close proximity to shopping and tons of dining options. The air conditioning was excellent. Staff were pleasant. The hot tub was perfect. Had a minor plumbing issue on the patio but maintenance came by to fix it. I had a mini fridge but no microwave. I would stay again.

Overall Good stay!

Positive was the location was next to the beach and also close to shopping and entertainment. Staff was mostly good. The only thing was there no parking available so you have to be cautious where you leave your car rental. We were lucky and it worked out. Also the facility offers no elevator access point so no ADA accommodation, so you need to carry your bags to whatever floor you stay. Another point was no access to water or cold drinks, so we went to a local grocery store, but the room had no refrigerator to keep items cool. But we work with what we had and was happy overall. Just wanted to inform others to plan accordingly.

It was an ok stay for an unplanned visit to PR. There was a storm and the lights did go out for a few minutes. But overall it was close to the airport and the pool was pretty. We only stayed about 6 hours due to an early flight.

Great Location, But Some Drawbacks I recently stayed at Acacia Boutique Hotel and the location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. There’s even a fantastic French restaurant onsite, which was a real highlight of my stay. However, there are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. First, there’s no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available, and because this is such a busy area, finding a spot — especially at night after a day out — can be frustrating and time-consuming. This definitely took away from the relaxed vacation vibe. The second drawback was the reception staff. Unfortunately, they were less than welcoming. It felt as though guest interaction wasn’t a priority, which was disappointing for a boutique hotel where personalized service is usually expected. Overall, the location and onsite restaurant are excellent, but improvements in guest service and parking options would make this a much better experience.
