The AC wasn't working properly it was stuck on 60° and couldn't turn up the temperature other features worked fine, but AC was very annoying to deal with during our stay.

Just okey not worse or real good.

Room was clean, but cramped. Staff were very friendly, not many amenities however location was unbeatable. For a 4 night stay with 2 guys it was serviceable, however I wouldn’t recommend for a large group or long stay.

This hotel is 100% human-less. You will get email with instructions for parking room code, etc. everything worked as expected, the hotel is rustic, but clean. Rooms are small, but with full kitchen. No elevator. I am ok with automated process however I would expect them to at least respond to emails or texts. I bought parking and they asked to register my car. Two days before the arrival we decided to use another car. I followed the process and texted them and asked to confirm if it is ok. Never got a response. Then I wanted to add a second person. Texted them again and never got a response. At the end everything worked out , but the complete lack of communication created additional stress for no reason. At the end we wanted to extend our stay for one more night and we decided to move to a different hotel. The instructions on q and a page were to book same type of room on the site where I booked the original reservation. But if for some reason they wouldn't give us the same room there is nobody to talk to, $85 to store luggage and no parking for 5 hours. If you have choice I would recommend to find a place with predictable customer service and avoid this hotel
