I’ve and quiet but could “join the party” if I wanted to downstars

This is a wonderfully conceived property integrated with so many nature details, paths, ponds, trees, levels and arranged so that we have privacy, and so much to explore in the grounds. Staff is sincerely kind, pace slow, we enjoyed our escape from urbanity.

I've stayed at El Rey many times, and I always enjoy it. The rooms are large and smartly decorated, there are many fun events that regularly occur on the property, and everything is well maintained. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, although the bartenders at La Reina seem to favor local patrons and can sometimes be aloof. The La Reina Mesita foodtruck is a bit hit-or-miss, but is nonetheless convenient. Overall, it's a fun place with great amenities and is centrally-located. Definitely recommend!

Zazz is a very unique and fun hotel! The rooms are decorated in a fun and caring way. They are clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind and friendly. We loved the secret lounge and the bartender there!!

This hotel has amazing front desk staff: period. Thank you! Great pool The Suites are pretty good layout but the cleanliness/upkeep of the furnishing is not so good. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there. There is also an open part under the front door of the rooms so she was always worried something was going to crawl in :( Unfortunately, the night we wanted to eat in the restaurant they could not serve us at all because their chef had gone home sick. A shame that they could not even do some simple dishes as there were quite a few customers wanting to dine in.
