Highly recommend this hotel! The property is a bit older, so you can tell it's a little dated, but they clearly do their best to keep it super clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect—right in front of the subway station and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. They even provided a free shuttle service, which was a huge plus. I will definitely stay here again!

Very kind staff and good location

The exhaust fan in bathroom was not working at all but repair staff said it is working normally. This is incorrect as evidenced by not movement of the fan when the bathroom combo switch was turned on and also evidenced by mold on the ceiling because of poor ventilation resulting from the faulty fan. Room 529.

Very good location and staff friendly. I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness but was certainly ok.

Location was great, easy to travel to anywhere

I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again. The location was excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and everything I wanted to see in Myeongdong. It made exploring Seoul so easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. I was lucky enough to be able to check in early after a long trip, which made such a difference and was greatly appreciated. After checkout, they also kindly held my luggage while I spent a few more hours exploring before heading out. That level of hospitality really made my stay even better. Overall, this hotel was an excellent value for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Myeongdong, I highly recommend it. Thank you for making my trip to Seoul such a great experience!

Location is the best right in middle of Insadong. Small room a bit tight for two people. The shower gets the floor all wet in Korean style bathroom. There’s little space by the sink for your toiletries. We had to use the closet outside by the mirror
