The apartment was right in St Helier, just above the bus station, which although you could hear the buses, didn't bother us at all as everything went quieter in the evening. Everything was spotless, the bed was nice and comfy, and the living room was a good size with a view of the harbour. The kitchen was a reasonable size, with everything in it that you would need. The bathroom was nice although as the shower was over the bath it was a little narrow, but nice and powerful. Staff were helpful and polite, and if you got up early enough had free scones and croissants in reception for you to have. Very happy, and had a wonderful stay.

We booked a balcony room. It was a nice room but slightly dated. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. As others have mentioned it was very hot in the room. There was a small fan on the dressing but it was too far from the bed to make any difference. On arrival there was a portable air cooler in our room, after a couple of nights it disappeared and when I asked they said it was unavailable and suggested another fan. As there are no pug sockets near the bed we had to have an extension cable. We had to keep the balcony doors open constantly but that didn’t make things much better. We were there in July and the weather was very hot, so at other times of the year I’m sure the heat of the room would not be an issue. The lack of plug sockets by the bed was disappointing. Breakfast was excellent and the staff kept everything topped up regularly. Pool area was nice although water was very cold despite the hot weather. Lovely area to relax.

This was the perfect spot for a little staycation. It is set to the east of the island a short walk away from Rozel bay and it was so quiet. The room is clean but a little tired but was still felt pretty special. We went to have a little swim in the sea before taking advantage of the huge bathroom. Dinner was at the sister property, the Rozel pub and was lovely. I have to say every member of staff we met in both the hotel and the pub were amazing. And the breakfast was incredible. The only complaint I had was being gluten free, I didn't get any toast with my breakfast but to be honest the rest was so filling, I probably didn't need it. It is the perfect place to go if you want somewhere quiet, with traditional values.
